I am grateful for the opportunity to have my journey and the work of AdaZion Educational Consulting featured in VoyageDallas as part of its Community Highlights series!
Sometimes, when you are focused on doing the work, it can be easy to move from one project to the next without stopping to reflect on how much has been built along the way. Opportunities like this provide a chance to reflect on the journey, the lessons learned, and the purpose behind the work.
AdaZion Educational Consulting began with a desire to use my experience in education to support students, families, educators, and learning communities in meaningful ways. Over the years, that vision has continued to grow through curriculum development, educational consulting, professional learning, homeschool support, Kingdom Life Virtual Academy, instructional resources, children’s educational content, and other initiatives designed to make learning more purposeful and accessible.
My journey has not simply been about building a business. It has been about responding to needs that I continue to see in education. I believe students deserve learning experiences that recognize that they do not all learn in the same way. Educators deserve practical support that helps them meet those varying needs without making an already demanding profession even more overwhelming. Families deserve resources that help them confidently support their children’s learning. And sometimes, when the resource we need does not exist, we have to be willing to create it. That philosophy has shaped much of what I do through AdaZion Educational Consulting.
The VoyageDallas feature gave me an opportunity to share more about my journey, the challenges and lessons that have shaped the work, what makes AdaZion Educational Consulting different, and the vision behind what I continue to build.
I am thankful for opportunities that allow this work to reach people who may not have encountered AdaZion Educational Consulting otherwise. Every interview, collaboration, resource, workshop, curriculum, video, and conversation creates another opportunity to connect with an educator, parent, student, organization, or community that may benefit from this work. There is still much more to build, but I am grateful for the growth, the lessons, and the opportunities that continue to unfold.
